All orders are sent first class, recorded delivery. Any orders that are made before 4pm should be dispatched on the same day if products are in stock. We will notify you by email or telephone in the event of any delay.

Guarantee
All inkjet cartridges are fully guaranteed against defects due to faulty materials or workmanship. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our inkjet product then please return the product with proof of purchase for a full refund.

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order from the date of contract and up to 7 working days, starting from the day after you receive the goods. We will refund money paid for your order returned to us with seals intact and in their original packaging. Your money will be returned to you (less postage & packing) within 30 days of the cancellation. You will be responsible for returned postage costs and original postage costs.

Returns
If your goods have been damaged in transit, please keep all packaging and inform us immediately, we will replace all damaged or faulty goods with an equivalent product.

If your product develops a fault within 28 days of purchase, we will exchange it, or if you prefer, refund your money. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse of the goods.
